Roles
Five owners voluntarily serve as Directors on the Board. From among themselves, they appoint four individuals to serve as Officers, which include the following positions:
* President: Oversees the Association’s affairs and operations, exercising all associated responsibilities and authority.
* Vice-President: Assumes the President’s duties in their absence or incapacity.
* Treasurer: Manages all financial matters, including funds, securities and liabilities.
* Secretary: Responsible for recording and maintaining the minutes of all meetings.
The Director who does not hold an Officer position retains equal voting rights and actively participates in the Association’s initiatives.
The Board also receives support from a property manager at Seacrest Services Inc. Although the property manager does not possess voting privileges, they provide essential assistance and counsel to the Board.
Board Objectives
- To establish the rules and encourage adherence;
- To uphold and enhance safety and comfort standards;
- To protect the property’s structure and maintain its appearance;
- To foster open communication and strengthen member connections; and
- To manage the Association’s finances responsibly and adhere to the budget.
Raymond Duquette, President
Raymond and his wife Karyn have been seasonal residents and proud owners of Unit 265 since 2014. They are from Richmond (Ottawa), Ontario. Raymond is a retired police officer with 32 years of service in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and has been a board member since 2017. Both enjoy playing pickleball.

Cynthia Wach, Vice-President
Cynthia, a permanent resident and proud owner of unit 466, recently retired from a career as a data analyst at the City University of New York (CUNY). She relocated from Queens, New York, to South Florida to be closer to family. Cynthia eagerly anticipates serving on the Grantham Board and intends to remain active by swimming, playing Mahjong with new friends at Century Village East and enjoying the South Florida sunshine.

Linda Simon, Treasurer
Linda and her husband Joe are permanent residents and proud owners of unit 367. Originally from New York, they have been calling Grantham E home for the past 25 years. Linda has been an active member of the Board since 2016 and continues to work part-time at a jewellery store in Boynton Beach.

Heather Cogan, Secretary
Heather and her husband, Don, are seasonal residents and proud owners of Unit 256. They call Canada’s beautiful national capital region, Ottawa (Ontario), their permanent home. After retiring recently from a 32-year career with the Canada Revenue Agency, Heather now enjoys spending her free time with family, playing sports and taking her cat, Ben, for walks around Century Village.

Patrizia Spadafora, Director
Patrizia and her husband, Anthony, have proudly owned a 457 Grantham E for over a decade. Based in Woodbridge, Ontario, Patrizia brings a strong background in marketing and relationship management, with experience spanning the telecommunications and financial services industries, including roles at AT&T, Sprint, Citi Group and currently TD Bank. Outside of work, she is a passionate food, fashion and fitness enthusiast and a loyal fan of the Maple Leafs, Blue Jays and Buffalo Bills.

Barbara Gourley, Seacrest Property Manager
Barbara, a Florida native residing in Hollywood, Florida, has been happily married for 40 years and has three grown daughters. She began her career in property management 22 years ago and earned her Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) license 17 years ago. Over the years, she has worked with various management companies handling condominiums and homeowners associations. Her extensive experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Above all, she is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and assisting associations in finding the most effective solutions to enhance their communities.
Jacqueline Pugh, Seacrest District Manager
Jacqueline began her career as an Administrative Assistant at a General Contracting and Roofing Company. With dedication and hard work, she quickly advanced to become the Business Manager of Operations. In 2011, she transitioned into the Property Management field, commencing as an onsite manager. She enjoyed the challenges and the opportunity to combine her passion for exceptional customer service with building strong team connections within the communities she managed. By 2016, Jacqueline’s impressive skills in community association management earned her the position of Regional Director of Property Management, where she focused on managing services for Century Village East, Deerfield Beach.
