👨🏼‍⚖️ Board of Directors

Roles

Five owners generously volunteer their time to serve as Directors on the Board. From among themselves, they choose four to fill the Officers’ roles. These positions include:

  • President - Leads the Association’s affairs and operations, holding all the responsibilities and powers that come with the role.
  • Vice-president - Steps in to carry out the President’s duties if they’re absent or unable to serve.
  • Treasurer - Keeps a close eye on all funds, securities, and debts.
  • Secretary - Takes care of recording and filing the minutes of all meetings.

The Director who isn’t an Officer still has an equal vote and voice on the Board and helps out with the Association’s activities.

The Board also gets support from a property manager at Seacrest Services Inc. While the property manager doesn’t have voting rights, they provide valuable assistance and advice to the Board.
