Committees
Financial Advisory Committee (FAC)
The Financial Committee, actively provides sound advice to the Board of Directors during the annual Budget creation and management process. To this end, the Committee gathers, analyzes, reviews and shares information regarding the Association’s finances.
Committee members: Cynthia Wach, Vice president (unit 466); Linda Simon, Treasurer (unit 367); Juliana Albertie (unit 364); Eric Berman (unit 157); and Jackie Dilecce (unit 361)
Taskings
To go over the 2026 Budget and offer suggestions to help with planning the 2027 Budget.
Budget Planning Schedule:
- March - FAC meeting to review the budget and projects
- September - FAC meeting to check the budget and expenses, then provide recommendations to the Board before the 2027 Budget meeting
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The Architectural Review Committee, actively offers advice to the Board of Directors for approving renovations or other projects. The Committee gathers and reviews all necessary details about proposed renovation projects that require Board approval, ensuring that all relevant information and documents are in order and that the proper permits are obtained.

Fine Committee (FC)
This Ad Hoc Fine Committee is entirely independent of the Board of Directors. The Committee is formed by three volunteer owners, whenever required. Its sole purpose is to determine the legitimacy of any fine levied by the Board against an owner who has violated the rules. Its decision to confirm or reject the fine is final. The Fine Committee is disbanded immediately after its task is completed.

Outreach Committee (OC)
The Outreach Committee connects the Association with its membership, focusing on engagement, communication and support. It promotes events, provides resources, raises awareness and gathers feedback to meet community needs and further the organization’s mission, often through events, social media or direct contacts.
Committee Members: Patrizia Spadafora, Vice president (unit 457); Amy Weishaus (unit 155); Gem Kolat (unit 164); Glenda Rissman (unit 368); and Dorit Fridman-Gonan (unit 456).

Social Club (SC)
The Social Club is managed by a group of volunteers to pro-actively provides and facilitates social gatherings to enhance the community spirit and good neighbourly relationship among Grantham E owners, occupants and tenants. They plan, organize, prepare and deliver social BBQs, gatherings and events. This involves budgeting and forecasting expenses and collecting money for the social fund.
